When the scheduled cleaner arrives to your home, we will contact you to let you know we have begun. If the state of the home is not in the state/condition we were notified about, an additional fee may be added.
Examples of this may include but are not limited to:
o Noticeable post construction/renovation debris
o Excess amounts of clutter/garbage over all floors and surfaces
o Bodily fluids & pet feces
Specific tasks may be available to add to your service for an additional fee (example: inside appliances, blinds, behind appliances and changing bed linens). Please notify your cleaner of your expectations and/or extra services you may want prior to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged $20.00.
This fee MUST be paid before a new appointment will be booked.
If our cleaner needs to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be given $20.00 credit towards the total cost of your clean.
